This is to inform you that Sachs International has approved your application for supply of computer hardware at Los Angeles branch for a year, effective from 1st August, 2017.

As per the contract, ABC Corporation Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for supplying all the computer hardware related necessities along with all kinds of annual maintenance at the cost of $ 20 per computer system. In addition to this, every quarter, the company is going to conduct a service of all the systems to make sure that the systems are in the best of their conditions and offer their maintenance services as and when needed. It is important that you start with the deliveries of the first lot of 50 computers from 1st August, 2017 and further as needed.

All the compensations will be made at the end of the quarter as final adjustments will be made at the end of one year when the contract ends.
